Key Account Manager - Partner Sales

We are looking for a Partnerships Key Account Manager to strengthen our global marketing team. You will report to our CMO and work closely with teams in e-commerce, product development, community, social and design.

Purpose of role:

Help drive and strengthen the partner sales focus at Swiss Clinic, seeing opportunities and potential improvements as a possibility to grow and develop as a team and individual.

Build and strengthen relationships with existing premium partners to maximize turnover and engagement with retail staff. Ensure everyone who is in one way or another selling Swiss Clinic, is trained and empowered to do so.

Plan for, optimize and activate campaigns with respective partner, based on deep understanding of sales data and our product portfolio.

Up-selling with existing partner, ensuring that we get better visibility and focus with each partner.

 

Key responsibilities:

REPORTING

Reports weekly on key KPIs and gathers insights to optimize campaigns and product placement on partner sites and in stores. Uses insight to maximize future planning of partner activities. 

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Analyze client opportunities and show/implement ways to realize them, both at strategic level as well as at campaign level. Collects and shares category expertise to enable a truly consultative service to our partners.

Administration and daily B2B support for existing premium partners. Meeting with and contributing to market and customer education in the area of our product categories. 

CAMPAIGN PLANNING, EXECUTION & ANALYSIS

Develops and coordinates creative, tailored solutions and suggestions on campaigns / events for different partners with the goal of improving the partnership, increasing sales and brand/product knowledge.

Performs post campaign analysis to be fed back to wider team.
